I run a cash practice and charge standard medical aid rates for Assessments and Therapy.

Assessment fees will be charged according to the time required to administer the assessment and the cost of the individual assessment.

Clients are expected to pay at the time of service and I accept Cash or EFT.

You will then have to submit your paid invoice to your medical aid for reimbursement.

Should you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, I will have to charge a late cancellation fee (the amount of your booked session) unless we can find another time that week that works for both of us.

As I work on an appointment basis, if you arrive late for your appointment/session, it will still end at the scheduled time.

Note: This is problematic if an assessment has been scheduled as they have very specific time allocations.
